Professionals
We find that, while there are very talented people in organizations today, the talent is maxed out by day to day operations. Very few companies in this "lean and mean" age have the "bench strength", subject matter depth and change management talent that Supply Chain Alliance Partners consultants bring to an engagement.
That drives the requirements for what we look for in the people that work with us. Our passion, experience of being in the “operational line of fire” and our technical supply chain and change management skill sets are what make up our Partners, Principals and Senior Consultants. We are only as good as the people we bring to an engagement and that complements our will and drive to succeed in all projects.
