There’s a reason Mike has the longest title at Supply Chain Alliance. His unique background combines the abilities of technical expertise and data management to solve our Clients’ supply chain challenges.

Mike’s diverse skill set brings real problem solving to a host of issues including supply chain analytics, modeling and 3PL to client engagements. His additional skills in project management and distribution network design have proven invaluable in supply chain optimization across a broad spectrum of industries. He also worked for Schenker, a third party logistics company.

Whether driving solutions for brands like Loblaw or Mark’s, his skills in the identi¬fication and development of performance improvement initiatives and management of special projects result in truly innovative solutions. For example, the design and implementation of an RF-based sorting and shipping system for a major retailer.

Starting with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Mike has applied his philosophy of continuous learning to include a diploma in Computer Programming and certi-cations in ISO Process Mapping, Six Sigma and CAST Aurora.

Gord is a supply chain professional with over 25 years of operational experience in both small and large multi-national businesses. His experience across a range of industries including fashion retail, lawn & garden, confectionary, baking and telecommunications makes him uniquely skilled at helping our Clients improve Inventory Management and Control, Retail Merchandise Planning and Demand Management and overall Operational Efficiency. Through his leadership, our Clients have seen direct results in completely overhauling their existing processes resulting in better forecast accuracy, reduced inventory and improved customer service.
A graduate of the University of Western Ontario, Gord is also APICS certified (CPIM) and puts his education and experience to work everyday for our Clients, including Roots, Husqvarna, Loblaw, and Cadbury.

His problem solving skills have continuously proven effective over a broad spectrum of supply chain challenges for major brands including the identification and quantification of alternative distribution models for Sears Canada and reducing outbound transportation spend for Nike.

Stephen brings superior leadership and team building capabilities as a former Logistics Officer and as a thought leader with 23 years of post-military supply chain experience.

Stephen has a passion for his profession as a leader and for his vocation as a supply chain expert.  Stephen recently was awarded a Masters’ of Science with Merit in Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain from a prestigious UK business school.  An advanced postgraduate degree reinforces his successful supply chain launch and 8 years of leadership as Director of Supply Chain for Wind Mobile.  Stephen has an extensive consultative experience base as well, which he has successfully integrated with his business and military skills to differentiate himself as an innovator, thought leader and practioner.

Stephen is a graduate of College Militaire Royal de Saint-Jean with a DEC in Engineering and a BBA.  He also holds CIPS certification, black belt Six Sigma and PLOG designation.
